院前急救对重症脑出血患者的抢救效果

The Rescue Effect of Pre-hospital Emergency Treatment on Patients with Severe Cerebral Hemorrhage

目的:探析重症脑出血患者急救措施。方法:选取2019年3月至2020年8月在遂溪县人民医院进行急救的135例重症脑出血患者为研究对象,依据是否实施院前急救将其分成两组,观察组68例患者实施急救措施,对照组67例患者未实施院前急救。比较两组患者的急救效果。结果:观察组患者治疗总有效率为97.05%,显著高于对照组的74.63%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的各项生存质量评分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者死亡率为1.47%(1/68),对照组死亡率为4.48%(3/67),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:对于重症脑出血患者而言,对患者实施及时的院前急救可以有效降低患者入院之前的危险性,提高生存质量,降低死亡率。

Objective To explore the emergency measures for patients with severe cerebral hemorrhage.Methods A total of 135 patients with severe intracerebral hemorrhage who received Pre-hospital emergency treatment in Suixi County People's Hospital from March 2019 to August 2020 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into two groups according to whether pre-hospital emergency treatment was performed.68 patients in the observation group received Pre-hospital emergency treatment,and 67 patients in the control group did not receive pre-hospital emergency treatment.The first aid effect of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of observation group was 97.05%,significantly lower than 74.63%of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).All quality of life scores in observation group were higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The mortality rate of observation group was 1.47%(1/68),and that of control group was 4.48%(3/67),there was no statistical significance between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion For patients with severe intracerebral hemorrhage,it is necessary to help patients effectively regulate blood pressure during emergency treatment.After a series of interventions,the survival rate of patients can be significantly improved and patients can better recover their health.
