精细化管理在消毒供应室腔镜器械中的应用价值

The Application Value of Fine Management in Endoscopic Instruments in Sterilization Supply Room

目的:探析精细化管理在消毒供应室腔镜器械中的应用价值。方法:将廉江市人民医院消毒供应室2018年1月至2018年12月期间206套腔镜器械设为对照组,此时实施常规管理;将2019年1月至2019年12月期间206套腔镜器械设为观察组,此时实施精细化管理。比较两组腔镜器械质量合格情况,并记录两组管理期间事故发生率。结果:在清洁合格率、灭菌合格率与包装合格率上,观察组均高于对照组,且观察组管理期间事故发生率低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在消毒供应室腔镜器械中实施精细化管理,有助于提高器械的管理质量,并减少分类错误、器械遗失等事故的发生。

Objective To explore the application value of refined management in endoscopic instruments in the sterilization supply room.Methods 206 sets of endoscopic instruments in the disinfection supply room of Lianjiang People’s Hospital from January 2018 to December 2018 were set as the control group,and routine management was carried out at this time;206 sets of endoscopic equipment from January 2019 to December 2019 were set as the observation group,and refined management was implemented at this time.The quality of endoscopic equipment was compared of the two groups,and the accident rate during the management of the two groups was recorded.Results In terms of cleaning qualification rate,sterilization qualification rate and packaging qualification rate,the observation group was higher than the control group,and the accident rate during the management period of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Implementing refined management in the endoscopic instruments in the disinfection supply room will help to improve the management quality of the instruments and reduce the occurrence of accidents such as misclassification and loss of instruments.
