摘要 目前我国关于人工智能(AI)与教师发展问题的研究虽然取得了较为丰硕的成果,但是总体上带有明显的人类中心主义立场和AI技术观。摒弃这些不足之后,从乐观的角度来看,未来社会发展具有极大可能性的终极状态是人与AI共存。在这一全新的社会历史阶段,构成社会的基础要素(如家庭和婚姻)和维持社会的重要因素(如道德和情感)的内涵都将发生根本性的改变。基于这一社会背景的教师发展也将具有全新的内涵,其中最为重要的是思想观念的更新、思维品质的发展与优化以及新交往素质的养成和发展。 Although the current research on artificial intelligence and teacher development in China has gained fruitful achievements,yet it generally has obvious characteristics of anthropocentric standpoint and AI technology view.Despite these shortcomings,the ultimate state of future social development with great possibilities is the coexistence of human and AI from an optimistic point of view.In this new stage of social history,the connotation of the basic elements that constitute society,such as family and marriage,and the important factors that maintain society,such as morality and emotion,will be fundamentally changed.Teacher development based on this social background will also have brand-new connotations,the most important of which are the renewal of ideological concepts,the development and optimization of thinking qualities,and the cultivation and development of new interactive qualities.
