托莫西汀联合感觉统合训练治疗儿童多动症的疗效观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨儿童多动症的治疗方法。方法选取62例多动症患儿,将其随机等分两组。对照组采用托莫西汀治疗,观察组加用感觉统合训练治疗。比较两组临床疗效。结果治疗后观察组FIQ、VIQ、PIQ及PSQ各因子改善程度均优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论托莫西汀联合感觉统合训练治疗儿童多动症疗效更优。 Objective To explore the treatment of children with ADHD.Methods A total of 62 children with ADHD were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with atomoxetine,and the observation group was treated with sensory integration training.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results After treatment,the improvement of the factors of FIQ,VIQ,PIQ,and PSQ in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Tomoxetine combined with sensory integration training is more effective in treating children with ADHD.
