血浆Lp-PLA2及MIF在进展性脑梗死患者中的表达

摘要 进展性脑梗死预后差、致残率高,发病机制复杂。动脉粥样硬化是缺血性脑卒中的基础,而炎症反应与动脉粥样硬化、脑梗死的发生相关^([1-2])。血浆脂蛋白相关磷脂酶A2(Lp-PLA2)、血浆巨噬细胞移动抑制因子(Macrophage migration inhibitory factor,MIF)作为新的炎性指标,与动脉粥样硬化、心脑血管疾病有关。本研究主要探讨Lp-PLA2、MIF与脑梗死发生、进展的相关性,现报道如下。
