“学本教学”评价的探新实践——以重庆市融汇沙坪坝小学课堂转型为例

摘要 教学评价对于提高教师教育教学水平和学生学习水平具有极其重要的导向作用,“双主三维四学”学本教学评价体系通过对教学交往中“教师与学生”双主体的关注、对课堂教学中“学习目标”“学习过程”“学习效果”三个维度的构型,以及对学习过程中“自学”“互学”“展学”“拓学”四阶学习进程的指标细化,实施基于课堂观察的学生学习效能和教师教学水平的有效改善,为课堂转型更好地立德树人提供样本借鉴。 Classroom teaching evaluation plays an important guiding role in improving teachers'education,teaching level and students'learning ability.By paying attention to the double participants of"teachers and students"in teaching practice,designing the configuration of the three dimensions of"learning objectives","learning process"and"learning effect"in classroom teaching,and refining the indicators of the four-level learning process of"self-study","mutual learning","development learning"and"pioneering learning"in the learning process,The"double participant,three-dimensional and four learning"learner centered teaching evaluation system implements the effective improvement of students'learning efficiency and teachers'teaching level based on classroom observation,which provides reference for the improvement of high quality of classroom teaching and the educational philosophy of fostering character and civic virtue.
