摘要
人机料法环控制是建设项目的核心,是决定工程建设成败的关键,贯穿于施工全过程每个环节、每道工序,尤其是控制关键环节才能实现总的工程质量目标,而项目管理则是企业对项目进行有效地掌握控制。论文结合实际海外工程及本人对工程的体会,浅谈五大因素在人员管理、机械设置、材料准备、方法控制以及环境监控等方面的应用,并提出了具有针对性的管理对策。
Man,machine,material,method and environment control is the core of the construction project and the key to the success or failure of the project construction.It runs through every link and process in the whole construction process,especially the key control link,in order to achieve the overall project quality goal,and project management is the enterprise's effective control of the project.Combined with the actual overseas projects and my experience of the project,this paper discusses the application of five factors in personnel management,mechanical setting,material preparation,method control and environmental monitoring,and puts forward targeted management countermeasures.
