单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂钠安全性浅析

Safety Analysis of Monosialotetrahexosyl Ganglioside Sodium

目的:分析单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂钠的不良反应,尤其是常见严重不良反应,以期为指导临床和广大公众安全用药提供参考。方法:检索中国知网(CNKI)数据库中单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂钠致不良反应(ADR)的病例报道,对患者的年龄、性别、原患疾病、ADR发生时间、临床表现、转归情况、用法用量和联合用药等进行回顾性分析,总结单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂钠致临床ADR的发生规律及特点。结果:单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂钠所致ADR累及系统/器官主要为全身系统、皮肤及其附件、中枢及外周神经系统和呼吸系统等,严重ADR有过敏性休克、过敏样反应和吉兰-巴雷综合征等。结论:临床应谨慎使用单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂钠,加强合理用药管理,做好用药监测,警惕ADR的发生。

Objective:To analyze the adverse reactions of monosialotetrahexosyl ganglioside sodium especially common serious adverse reactions,in order to provide reference for guiding clinical and general public safe drug use.Methods:The case reports of adverse reactions(ADR)caused by monosialotetrahexosyl ganglioside sodium were searched in CNKI database,and the patient s age,gender,primary disease,the occurrence time of ADR,clinical manifestations,prognosis of disease,usage and dosage,and drug combination were analyzed retrospectively,so as to confirm the occurrence regularity and characteristics of ADR caused by monosialotetrahexosyl ganglioside sodium clinical.Results:Monosialotetrahexosyl ganglioside sodium adverse reactions mainly involved systemic damage,the skin and its accessories damage,central and peripheral nervous system damage and respiratory system damage.Severe ADRs included anaphylactic shock,allergic reactions and Gillan-Barrésyndrome.Conclusion:Attention should be paid to safe and rational use of monosialotetrahexosyl ganglioside sodium.We should strengthen rational drug use management,monitor drug use,and watch out for ADR.
