敦煌《辅行诀》白芍对药运用特色探析

敦煌《辅行诀》是藏于敦煌千佛洞中的中医临床内科专著,共载方61 首,其中22首方含白芍,在白芍组成的常用对药中,解表对药有白芍+桂枝、白芍+生姜;清热对药有白芍+大黄、白芍+黄芩、白芍+黄连;温中对药有白芍+干姜、白芍+附子、白芍+肉桂。探析敦煌《辅行诀》中白芍对药的运用特色,对指导临床组方用药具有重要的实用价值。

Dunhuang “Fu Xing Jue” is a TCM clinical medicine monograph hidden in the Thousand Buddha Caves of Dunhuang.It contains 61 prescriptions,22 of which contain white peony.White peony + cassia twig,white peony + ginger;heat-clearing medicines include white peony + rhubarb,white peony + scutellaria,white peony + coptis;warm Chinese medicines include white peony + dried ginger,white peony + aconite,white peony + cinnamon.Analyzing the characteristics of the application of white peony in Dunhuang’s “Fu Xing Jue” has important practical value for guiding clinical prescriptions.
