Experience of JIA Menghui in Treating Abnormal Elevation of Transaminase with Yinchenhao Decoction

谷丙转氨酶(ALT)主要存在于肝细胞中,其升高一般提示有肝损害,不同原因的肝损害转氨酶升高的危害也有不同。患者多出现食欲减退、乏力、黄疸、牙龈出血等症状,如转氨酶过高没有得到及时治疗,可能导致肝脏不断受损,继而形成肝硬化等。但目前西医对其的疗效有所不足。现总结贾孟辉主任医师治疗转氨酶升高的临证辨治思路及方药配伍特点,分析其经典案列,为传统医学治疗肝功异常之转氨酶升高提供参考。

Alanine aminotransferase mainly exists in liver cells,and its increase generally indicates liver damage.Different causes of liver damage increase the harm of aminotransferase are also different.Patients often have symptoms such as loss of appetite,fatigue,jaundice,and bleeding gums.For example,if the transaminase is too high and not treated in time,it may cause continuous damage to the liver,which may lead to liver cirrhosis.However,the curative effect of western medicine is insufficient at present.Chief Physician Jia Menghui’s clinical diagnosis and treatment ideas for the treatment of elevated transaminase and the characteristics of prescriptions and drug compatibility are summarized,and the classic cases are analyzed to provide references for traditional medicine to treat elevated transaminase caused by abnormal liver function.
