艾灸联合痔瘘洗剂熏洗促进肛瘘术后创面愈合的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Moxibustion Combined with Hemorrhoid Fistula Lotion to Promote Wound Healing after Anal Fistula Pperation

目的:观察艾灸联合痔瘘洗剂熏洗对肛瘘术后创面愈合的影响。方法:将符合标准的60例患者,随机分为实验组30例和对照组30例,除常规抗感染、止痛及换药等治疗外,实验组于术后每日使用痔瘘洗剂熏洗创面,并予艾灸创面;对照组术后每日仅用痔瘘洗剂熏洗创面,不予艾灸。分别观察并记录2组患者创面愈合时间,比较分析2组患者术后第1天、7天、14天疼痛评分及创面水肿评分。结果:2组患者术后第1天各项指标评分均无明显差异(P>0.05)。实验组患者术后第7天、14天创面水肿评分和疼痛症状评分均小于对照组(P<0.05)。同时,实验组患者术后创面愈合时间较短(P<0.05)。结论:艾灸联合痔瘘洗剂熏洗可显著缓解肛瘘术后患者的疼痛,加快创缘水肿的消散吸收,缩短创面愈合时间,促进创面愈合。

Objective:To observe the effect of moxibustion combined with hemorrhoid fistula lotion fumigation on wound healing after anal fistula surgery.Methods:Sixty patients who met the criteria were randomly divided into an experimental group of 30 cases and a control group of 30 cases.In addition to conventional anti-infection,pain relief and dressing changes,the experimental group was fumigated and washed with hemorrhoids and fistula lotion daily after surgery Wounds were treated with moxibustion;the control group only used hemorrhoids and fistula lotion to fumigate the wounds every day after operation,and moxibustion was not given.The wound healing time of the two groups of patients was observed and recorded respectively,and the pain scores and wound edema scores of the two groups were compared and analyzed on the 1st,7th,and 14th day after the operation.Results:There was no significant difference in the scores of various indexes between the two groups on the first postoperative day (P>0.05).The wound edema score and pain symptom score of patients in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group on the 7th and 14th day after operation (P<0.05).At the same time,the postoperative wound healing time of the experimental group was shorter (P<0.05).Conclusion:Moxibustion combined with hemorrhoid fistula lotion fumigation can significantly relieve the pain of patients after anal fistula operation,accelerate the dissipation and absorption of wound edge edema,shorten the wound healing time,and promote wound healing.
