摘要
热轧H型钢具有很多优势,在钢结构中应用前景非常可观,但是目前热轧H型钢的产品规格一直无法适应民用建筑的设计要求。从民用建筑的特点入手,分析了民用建筑对构件尺寸、结构经济性的要求,总结了国内常用设计习惯,梳理了热轧H型钢在民用建筑中的使用瓶颈。通过总结分析,提出在民用建筑中推广热轧H型钢应从构件类型和使用类型入手,适应设计人员的设计习惯,根据民用建筑设计特点细分热轧H型钢产品级次,优化型钢截面。对于重型热轧H型钢和高强热轧H型钢还应进行进一步的基础研究,明确设计方法,引导其在民用建筑中使用。
Through summary and analysis,it is proposed that the promotion of hot rolled H-beam in civil buildings should start from the component type and using type to adapt to the design habits of designers.Hot rolled H-beam has many advantages,so the applicative prospect of hot rolled H-beam in field of steel structure is very considerable.However,the current product specifications of hot rolled H-beam dose not capture design requirements for civil buildings.Starting with the characteristics of civil buildings,the requirements of civil buildings for component size and economy were analyzed,the engineers’ common design habits in China was summarized,and the bottleneck of using hot rolled H-beam was sorted out in civil buildings.Through summary and analysis,it is proposed that the promotion of hot rolled H-beam in civil buildings should start from the component type and using type to adapt to the design habits of designers.The grade of hot rolled H-beam products should be subdivided and the section of steel should be optimized according to the design characteristics of civil buildings.For heavy-duty hot rolled H-beam and high-strength hot rolled H-beam,further research should be carried out to clarify the special design method and guide the using in civil buildings.
