摘要
该文通过对赤松茸设施栽培中不同温湿度、酸碱度、栽培方式以及光照强度等不同指标设置方式进行比较,结果表明,赤松茸设施栽培中最佳温度为23~29℃、最适宜地表空气含水量60%~65%、基质pH值为5.0~7.0、散射光光照强度为300~500 lx的温室微环境更适宜赤松茸生长。栽培方式选择畦式,但考虑到空间利用和经济效益也可采取层架式栽培,同时采取相应调控手段来实现或接近这一环境是赤松茸设施栽培高效优质的关键。
The setting modes of protected cultivation indexes for Stropharia rugosoannulata such as temperature and humidity,pH,cultivation methods and light intensity were compared in the present study.The results showed that the microenvironment of greenhouse in the protected cultivation with the optimum temperature were between 23℃and 29℃,the optimum air moisture content upon surface soil was 60%~65%,the pH values in the medium was from 5.0 to 7.0,and scattered light intensity of 300~500 lx were more suitable for growth of S.rugosoannulata.The boder cultivation mode is selected,and layered cultivation mode can also be adopted when the space utilization and economic benefits are taken into account.At the same time,adopting corresponding regulation measures to achieve or approach the above microenvironment condition is the key to high efficiency and high quality of protected cultivation for S.rugosoannulata.
