社会治理的重要意涵是发挥多元主体在社会治理中的作用,社会主体是多元主体中的重要组成部分,推进社会主体参与社会治理是理解和创新社会治理的基本要求和关键所在。我国目前社会主体参与社会治理还存在亟待解决的问题,提升社会治理法治化水平是社会治理的基本要求和解决问题的重要措施。为此,需要在习近平法治思想的指导下,在法治轨道上推进社会主体参与社会治理,洞悉社会主体参与社会治理的生成缘由,缕析社会主体参与社会治理的法律角色,解读社会主体参与社会治理的法治需求,通过法治为各类社会主体参与社会治理赋权增能,助力提升社会主体参与社会治理的能力和成效。

An important connotation of social governance is to bring into play the role of multiple subjects in social governance.Social subjects are an important part of the multiple subjects.Promoting the participation of social subjects in social governance is the basic requirement and key to understanding and innovating social governance.At present,there are still urgent problems for social subjects to participate in social governance in China,and enhancing the rule of law in social governance is a basic requirement for social governance and an important measure to solve problems.Therefore,under the guidance of XI Jin-ping Thought on the Rule of Law,it is necessary to promote the participation of social subjects in social governance on the track of the rule of law,understand the causes of the participation of social subjects in social governance,analyze the legal role of social subjects in social governance,interpret the rule of law needs of social subjects in social governance,and empower all kinds of social subjects in social governance through the rule of law.We will help increase the capacity and effectiveness of social entities to participate in social governance.
