高层建筑工程铝模全现浇结构的施工工艺探究

Research on Construction Technology of Full Cast-In-Suit Aluminum Formwork Structure in High-Rise Building Engineering

铝合金模板具有免抹灰、可靠性高等特点,在高层建筑工程中应用广泛。以宁德福晟碧桂园天骄工程为例,通过分析铝模全现浇结构施工特点及工艺原理,从模板安装、墙柱板安装、结构拉缝施工、外墙窗洞口处理等方面,对铝模全现浇外墙技术进行阐述。

Aluminum alloy formwork has the characteristics of free of plastering and reliable,and has been widely used in high-rise building engineering.Taking the Tianjiao project of Ningde Fusheng country garden as an example,by analyzing the construction characteristics and process principle of aluminum formwork full cast-in-situ structure,this paper expounds the technology of aluminum formwork full cast-in-situ in exterior wall from the aspects of formwork installation,wall column plate installation,structural joint construction,window opening treatment in exterior wall,etc.
