摘要 采用铅-钙-锡-铝合金、放射状板栅、四碱式硫酸铅(4BS)和过硼酸钠正极添加剂、复合负极添加剂、含有憎水纤维的超细玻璃纤维(AGM)隔板、阀控式聚丙烯(PP)电池槽,以及连续冲孔工艺和内化成等技术,制备商用车起动用AGM阀控密封铅酸(VRLA)电池。样品性能达到GB/T 5008.12013要求,其中循环耐久Ⅱ达到20次循环以上、40℃50%放电深度(DOD)循环耐久达到360次以上。样品可满足车辆大电流起动放电的要求,具备中等DOD的循环使用能力。 The Pb-Ca-Sn-Al alloy,radial grid,tetrabasic lead sulfate(4BS)and NaBO_(3)·4H_(2)O positive additives,composite negative additives,absorptive glass mat(AGM)separator with hydrophobic fiber,valve-regulated polypropylene(PP)battery container,conti-nuous punching process and container formation technology were used in the AGM valve-regulated lead-acid(VRLA)battery for commercial vehicle starting.The performance of the samples met the requirements of GB/T 5008.12013,in which the cycle enduranceⅡreached more than 20 cycles and the 50%depth of discharge(DOD)cycle endurance at 40℃reached more than 360 times.The samples could meet the requirements of high current starting discharge for vehicles,had the ability of cycling at medium DOD.
