摘要
对燃料电池Pt基催化剂的制备方法、原理及性能进行综述,重点探索Pt基催化剂量产的可能方法,包括多元醇法、油胺法、浸渍还原法和NaBH_(4)法,并对其他方法进行探讨。多元醇法和油胺法均为溶液法,制备过程简单、重复性高,适用于催化剂的量产制备。多元醇法采用价格低廉的生物质衍生物乙二醇作为溶剂和还原剂,可通过微波辅助的方式提高生产效率,是目前最适于批量生产Pt基催化剂的方法。
The preparation methods,principles and performance of Pt based catalysts for fuel cells were reviewed.The possible methods for mass production of Pt based catalysts were emphatically explored,including polyol method,oil amine method,impregnation reduction method and NaBH_(4) method,other methods were also discussed.Both polyol method and oil amine method were solution method,which had simple preparation process and high repeatability,was suitable for mass production of catalyst.The polyol method used cheap biomass derivative ethylene glycol as solvent and reducing agent,the production efficiency could be improved by microwave assistance,was currently the most suitable method for mass production of Pt based catalysts.
