摘要 近年来,影像组学与人工智能技术为医学影像领域的研究提供了新的分析工具。本文对基于人工智能的影像组学技术在正电子发射体层成像(positron emission tomography,PET)/计算机体层成像(computed tomography,CT)分析中的相关研究进展进行综述,以期为进一步的PET/CT精准医学分析提供参考。首先,概述基于人工智能的PET/CT影像组学技术的两类不同的思路与方法;其次,归纳PET/CT影像组学分析在临床肿瘤诊疗中的各类典型应用,并对其优缺点进行梳理;最后,列举该领域现阶段存在的问题与面临的挑战,并展望未来更有价值的研究方向。基于人工智能的PET/CT影像组学在临床肿瘤诊疗中已经取得了一些引人注目的研究成果与进展,但若要应用于临床,还需更深入的研究与探索。 In recent years,radiomics and artificial intelligence technology have provided new analytical tools for medical imaging research.This paper reviewed the research progress of artificial intelligence-based radiomics technology in positron emission tomography(PET)/computed tomography(CT)imaging analysis,in order to provide reference for further in-depth PET/CT precision medicine analysis.Firstly,two different ideas and methods of PET/CT radiomics based on artificial intelligence were summarized.Secondly,various typical applications of PET/CT radiomics analysis in clinical tumor diagnosis and treatment were summarized,and its advantages and disadvantages were discussed.Finally,the current problems and challenges in this field were summarized,and more valuable research directions in the future were prospected.Artificial intelligence-based PET/CT radiomics has achieved some remarkable research results and progress in clinical diagnosis and treatment of tumors,but further research and exploration are needed before it can be applied in clinical practice.
