拨开迷雾:高校“水课”形成的深层影响机制探究 被引量:5

摘要 基于某“双一流”建设高校12位教师的访谈数据,探讨高校“水课”背后的深层影响机制。研究发现:“水课”是外部社会环境、高校内部制度环境和教师共同作用下的产物。其中,整体的社会大环境为“水课”的形成提供了土壤,并对高校内部的制度环境产生影响;高校内部的制度环境是“水课”形成的根源性因素,且评价制度在高校内部的制度环境中起到主导作用,并对课程管理制度和师资管理制度产生重要影响;教师自身的价值观念和教学能力是“水课”产生的外在表现,其主要受高校内部制度环境直接或间接的影响。进一步分析发现,“水课”的形成包括一条主路径和高校内部制度环境分化下的四条子路径。 This paper explores the fundamental mechanism for the formation oflow-quality courses(namely,ShuiKe)in colleges and universities.The interview data of 11 teachers is analyzed by the grounded theory.The result shows that low-quality courses ares the products of the joint role of external social environment,the internal institutional environment and teachers.The specific influencing factors include social environment,teaching evaluation system,scientific research evaluation system,curriculum management system,teacher management system,and teachers’values and teaching ability.The overall social environment provides a suitable circumstances for the formation of low-quality courses and it has an impact on the institutional environment;the internal institutional environment is the main reason of thelow quality course,and the evaluation system plays a leading role on the curriculum management system and the teacher management system;the teachers’own values and teaching ability are the external manifestations of such courses,which are influenced directly or indirectlyby the internal institutional environment.The formation of low-quality courses includes a main path and four sub-paths within the institutional environment of colleges and universities.
