摘要 立德树人为课程思政与思政课程协同育人提供了思想前提和理论逻辑,要保持行动上的一致,需要做到教师、课程、课堂互联互通,即教师队伍“主力军”融通,组成学科互撑的教学团队;课程建设“主战场”贯通,优化铸魂育人的内容供给;课堂教学“主渠道”互通,达到同频共振的课堂效果。同时强化党委领导、加强部门协同、健全多元评价体系,从而构建协同联动机制,以保障协同育人成效。 Moral cultivation provides the ideological premise and theoretical logic for the cooperative education betweenpolitical andideological education in curriculum and ideological and political theory courses.In order to maintain the consistency in action,it is necessary to achieve the interconnection of teachers,courses and classrooms,that is,the“main force”of teachers is integrated to form a teaching team that supports each other of disciplines.The“main battlefield”of curriculum construction is integrated to optimize the content supply of casting soul and educating people;The“main channels”of classroom teaching are intercommunicated to achieve the classroom effect of co-frequency resonance.At the same time,we shouldstrengthen the leadership of the Party committee,strengthen the coordination of departments,improve the evaluation system,so as to build a collaborative linkage mechanism to ensure the effectiveness of collaborative education.
