摘要
以明尼苏达工作适应论和USEM模型为基础,构建以外在核心能力、内在核心能力为主的大学生高质量就业能力综合评价指标体系。对吉林省2631名大学生的调研数据进行实证分析显示:大学生的就业能力处于中等水平,一些重要能力指标不尽如人意,学校人才培养模式以及自身工作经验、受教育程度等因素对大学生就业能力影响较大。并从就业导向、就业指导与服务体系、第一课堂和第二课堂建设等方面提出对策,为大学生高质量就业能力提升提供决策依据。
Based on Minnesota Job Adaptation Theory and USEM model,this paper builds a comprehensive evaluation index system of college students’high-qualityemployment ability.This paper investigates 2631 college studentsin Jilin Province and makes an empirical analysis.The results show that the employment ability of the investigated college students is at a medium level,and some important ability indicators are not satisfactory.The training mode,work experience,education level and other factors have great impacts on their ability.According to the conclusion,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions,including employment direction,training mode,employment guidance and service system,the second classroom and other aspects,in order to provide decision-making basis for the improvement of college students’high-quality employment ability.
