摘要
目的探讨野生草珊瑚结果期矿质元素含量的变化,为增加草珊瑚坐果率及合理施肥提供指导依据。方法以野生草珊瑚为供试材料,采用定期采样的方法,测定草珊瑚中N、P、K、Ca、Mg、Fe、Mn、Cu、Zn、B共10种矿质元素的含量,分析矿质元素变化特性及矿质元素间的相关性。结果大量元素在叶片中表现为N>Ca>K>Mg>P,茎中表现为N>K>Ca>Mg>P;茎叶中微量元素均表现为Mn>Zn>Fe>B>Cu,且Mn含量均远高于Fe、Cu、Zn、B的含量。相关性分析结果表明,叶中P与K呈极显著正相关、N与Mg呈显著正相关;茎中P与K、Ca与Mg均呈极显著正相关,P与Ca、Mg和K与Ca、Mg均呈显著正相关。结论草珊瑚叶、茎在其结果期对矿质营养元素的吸收利用存在差异,结果初期对养分的需求较大,果实成熟期对各元素的吸收利用量减小。
Objective To explore the changes of mineral element content in different harvesting periods of Sarcandra glabra,and to provide guidance for rational fertilization in Sarcandra glabra cultivation.Methods The contents of 10 mineral elements in the wild Sarcandra glabra,including N,P,K,Ca,Mg,Fe,Mn,Cu,Zn and B,were determined by regular sampling method,and the variation characteristics of mineral elements and the correlation among mineral elements were analyzed.Results A large number of elements were N>Ca>K>Mg>P in leaves and N>K>Ca>Mg>P in stems.The trace elements in the stem and leaves were Mn>Zn>Fe>B>Cu,and the contents of Mn were much higher than those of Fe,Cu,Zn and B.Correlation analysis showed that P and K were extremely positive correlation,and a positive correlation between N and Mg content in the leaf.There was an extremely positive correlation between P and K,between Ca and Mg,and a positive correlation between P and Ca,between P and Mg,between K and Ca,between K and Mg in the stems.Conclusion Different parts of Sarcandra glabra have different absorption and utilization of mineral nutrients in different growth stages.The initial demand for nutrients is greater,and the absorption and utilization of each element decreases in fruit maturity stage.
