摘要
文中首先针对装配式构件产业链中存在的问题进行问卷调查,并利用AHP方法对调研结果进行分析。结果表明,传统现浇建筑管理模式中,装配式构件设计、生产、运输、吊装过程存在信息共享效率低、偏差大及风险把控能力弱等突出问题。通过BIM+RFID技术,建立了工程项目各方共同参与的装配式构件产业框架,可实现实时共享、风险预控等目的,为提升建筑工程项目的效率和质量提供了有效参考。
This paper conducts a questionnaire survey on the problems existing in the industrial chain of prefabricated components,and the obtained results are analyzed using AHP method.The results show that in the traditional cast-in-place building management mode,there are some prominent problems in the process of assembly component design,production,transportation and hoisting,such as low efficiency of information sharing,large deviation and weak risk control ability.By using BIM&RFID technology,the assembled component industry framework with the participation of all parties in the project is established,which can realize the purpose of real-time sharing and risk pre control,and provides an effective reference for improving the efficiency and quality of construction projects.
