摘要
为提高尾矿的利用率,开发推广绿色建材。研究利用铜、金尾矿分别替代10%、20%、30%的水泥制备水泥砂浆试件,分别测定尾矿的物象组成和化学成分,探究了尾矿替代量对水泥砂浆工作性和力学性能的影响规律。结果表明:随着铜、金尾矿替代量的增加,试件的保水率、黏结强度、抗压强度逐渐降低,分层度逐渐升高,干燥收缩值先增加后趋于稳定;当铜尾矿替代量低于20%,金尾矿替代量低于10%时,其对应的尾矿水泥砂浆各性能均符合标准要求。
In order to improve the utilization rate of tailings,develop and popularize green building materials.In this study,copper and gold tailings were used to replace 10%,20%and 30%cement respectively to prepare cement mortar specimens,and the physical and chemical compositions of tailings were measured respectively to explore the influence of tailings replacement amount on the workability and mechanical properties of cement mortar.The results show that with the increase of substitution amount of copper and gold tailings,the water retention rate,bonding strength and compressive strength of specimens gradually decrease,and the delamination degree gradually increases,and the drying shrinkage value increases first and then tends to be stable.When the replacement of copper tailings is less than 20%and that of gold tailings is less than 10%,the properties of the corresponding tailings cement mortar meet the standard requirements.
