摘要
以某现浇钢筋混凝土结构厂房工程实例为背景进行分析和探讨,结果表明,现浇钢筋混凝土井字梁楼盖在施工及交付使用过程中,楼板构件主要存在以下两种裂缝形态:一是沿平行于字母轴或数字轴方向发展的裂缝及房屋端部阳角处的斜裂缝;二是沿柱角45°开裂及沿梁边缘的裂缝。以上两种裂缝分别对应于温度-收缩裂缝及构件自身两端差异变形引起的裂缝。
By engineering example of a cast-in-place reinforced concrete structure plant as the background is analyzed and discussed,results show that the cast-in-situ reinforced concrete slab-column system in construction process and delivery tic-tac-toe use process,there are two main floor component crack patterns:(1)along the axis parallel to the letter or number axis direction of crack and housing end Yang Angle of inclined cracks;(2)Crack along column Angle 45°and crack along beam edge.The above two cracks correspond to temperature-shrinkage cracks and cracks caused by differential deformation at both ends of the component itself.
