文中对房地产开发项目基础设计常见问题及原因进行分析,从项目岩土工程勘察、合理选用基础型式等方面提出相应的策略与解决方法。结合工程实例,对拟采用的基础方案进行比较分析,择优确定合适的基础方案,以期为房地产开发项目的基础设计提供参考。

This paper analyzes the common problems and causes of the foundation design of real estate development projects,and puts forward the corresponding strategies and solutions from the aspects of project geotechnical engineering investigation and reasonable selection of foundation type.Combined with engineering examples,this paper analyze and compare the proposed foundation schemes,and select the best one to determine the appropriate foundation scheme,so as to provide reference for the foundation design of real estate development projects.
