摘要
文中立足于政策背景,通过研究其他地区标后评估方法,浅析标后评估意义,并结合相关工作经验,就构建标后评估体系提出一些尝试性思考,以期为提高招标监管效能和公开、公正市场环境的构建提供借鉴。
This article analyzes the significance of post-bid evaluation by studying post-bid evaluation methods in other regions, and combines relevant work experience to put forward some tentative thoughts on the construction of a post-bid evaluation system, with a view to improving the efficiency and effectiveness of bidding supervision. Provide reference for the construction of an open and fair market environment.
