摘要
【目的】探讨2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者发生亚临床甲状腺功能减退症(SCH)的危险因素,进而建立判别方程。【方法】选取我院771例T2DM住院患者,分为T2DM组(n=648)与T2DM+SCH组(n=123),收集患者一般信息并检测生化指标,按性别比较两组指标的差异,构建T2DM患者可能发生SCH的判别方程;根据TSH水平将T2DM组分为4个亚组,比较4个亚组之间指标差异,并将每个亚组与T2DM+SCH组进行对比分析,构建T2DM患者可能发生SCH的判别方程。【结果】按性别分组的T2DM组与T2DM+SCH组统计后构建的判别方程SCH判别准确率为9.80%(女)与4.17%(男);T2DM组分为4个亚组:SCH判别准确率女性均高于男性。【结论】TSH(0.1~1.0 mIU/L)时构建的判别方程SCH判别准确率为77.55%(女)与65.49%(男),对T2DM患者发生SCH有较好的预测性。
【Objective】To investigate the risk factors of subclinical hypothyroidism(SCH)in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM),and to establish a discriminant equation.【Methods】A total of 771 T2DM inpatients were selected and divided into T2DM group(n=648)and T2DM+SCH group(n=123).The general information of patients was collected and biochemical indexes were detected.The differences of the two groups of indexes were compared according to gender,and the discriminant equation of possible SCH in T2DM patients was constructed.According to the TSH level,T2DM group was divided into four subgroups,the index differences between the four subgroups were compared,and each subgroup was statistically analyzed with T2DM+SCH group to construct the discriminant equation of possible SCH in T2DM patients.【Results】The discriminant equation constructed after statistics of T2DM group and T2DM+SCH group grouped by sex,and the discriminant accuracy of SCH was 9.80%(female)and 4.17%(male);T2DM group was divided into four subgroups:the discrimination accuracy of SCH in women was higher than that in men.【Conclusion】The discriminant equation constructed at TSH(0.1~1.0 mIU/L)has a discriminant accuracy of 77.55%(female)and 65.49%(male),which can predict the occurrence of SCH in T2DM patients.
