督灸联合巴戟天寡糖胶囊治疗轻度抑郁症肾阳虚型临床疗效观察

Clinical observation on Du moxibustion combined with medicinal indianmulberry root oligosaccharide capsule in the treatment of kidney yang deficiency type of mild depression

【目的】探究督灸联合巴戟天寡糖胶囊治疗轻度抑郁症肾阳虚型临床疗效观察。【方法】选取新疆医科大学附属中医院神志科门诊及住院患者60例,分为治疗组(督灸联合巴戟天寡糖胶囊)、对照组(巴戟天寡糖胶囊)各30例,分别在治疗前及治疗4周后测量两组患者SDS评分、脑涨落仪神经递质指标(NE、DA、5-HT)及中医症状积分结果,评估患者治疗前后SDS评分,脑涨落仪神经递质指标变化及中医症状改善情况。【结果】治疗4周后,治疗组患者的SDS评分和中医症状量表积分比对照组明显降低,脑涨落仪神经递质指标DA、NE、5-HT比对照组明显升高,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。【结论】运用督灸联合巴戟天寡糖胶囊可明显缓解轻度抑郁症状,可改善中医肾阳虚型的临床表现,提高患者生活质量。

【Objective】To explore the clinical efficacy of Du moxibustion combined with Morinda officinalis oligosaccharide capsule in the treatment of mild depression with kidney yang deficiency.【Methods】60 outpatients and inpatients in the Department of psychiatry of the Affiliated Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine of Xinjiang Medical University were selected,They were divided into treatment group(DU moxibustion combined with Morinda officinalis oligosaccharide capsule)and control group(Morinda officinalis oligosaccharide capsule).SDS score and neurotransmitter index of brain fluctuation instrument were measured before and 4 weeks after treatment(NE,DA,5-HT)and TCM symptom score,evaluate the SDS score,the changes of neurotransmitter indexes of brain fluctuation instrument and the improvement of TCM symptoms before and after treatment.【Results】after 4 weeks of treatment,the SDS score and TCM Symptom Scale score of patients in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the neurotransmitter indexes of brain fluctuation instrument DA,NE,5-HT were significantly higher than those in the control group.【Conclusion】Du moxibustion combined with Morinda officinalis oligosaccharide capsule can significantly alleviate the symptoms of mild depression,improve the clinical manifestations of kidney yang deficiency and improve the quality of life of patients.
