细致人性化护理模式对手术室病人生理、心理和舒适度的影响

Effect of meticulous humanistic nursing model on physiology,psychology and comfort of patients in operating room

【目的】探讨细致人性化护理模式对手术室病人生理、心理和舒适度发生率的影响。【方法】选择于我院接受择期手术的182例患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各91例。对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组采用细致人性化护理模式干预。比较两组患者抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、心率、血压、简化舒适度量表评分。【结果】手术日对照组SAS、SDS、心率、收缩压、舒张压较干预前显著升高(P<0.05);手术日、干预后观察组患者SAS、SDS、心率、收缩压和舒张压水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者生理、心理、环境、社会文化及舒适度量表总分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。【结论】细致人性化护理可改善手术患者的心理、生理应激指标,提高患者舒适度。

【Objective】To explore the effect of meticulous humanized nursing mode on physiology,psychology and comfort of patients in operating room.【Methods】The 182 patients who underwent elective surgery in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 91 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was treated with meticulous humanized nursing intervention.The scores of self rating-depression scale(SDS),self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),heart rate,blood pressure and simplified comfort scale were compared between the two groups.【Results】SAS,SDS,heart rate,systolic blood pressure,and diastolic blood pressure in the control group on the operation day were significantly higher than those before the intervention(P<0.05);On the operation day and after the intervention,SAS,SDS,heart rate,systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total scores of physiology,psychology,environment,social culture and comfort scale in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).【Conclusion】Meticulous humanistic nursing can improve the psychological and physiological stress indexes of surgical patients,improve the comfort of patients.
