个性化干预措施对恶性淋巴瘤患者化疗后生活质量、心理状况和干预质量的影响

Effects of personalized intervention on quality of life,psychological status and intervention quality of patients with malignant lymphoma after chemotherapy

【目的】探讨个性化干预措施对恶性淋巴瘤患者化疗后生活质量、心理状况和干预质量的影响。【方法】选择我院收治的92例恶性淋巴瘤住院化疗患者,通过随机数表法将其分为对照组和观察组,在其化疗期间分别给予常规干预和个性化干预,各46例。对比干预前和干预60 d后的生活质量、心理状况和干预质量。【结果】干预后,观察组生活质量各项评分均明显较对照组高(P<0.05);观察组焦虑自评量表(self-rating anxiety scale,SAS)和抑郁自评量表(self-rating depression scale,SDS)评分均明显较对照组低(P<0.05);观察组干预质量评分均明显较对照组高(P<0.05)。【结论】对于化疗治疗的恶性淋巴瘤患者,在其化疗后及时予以个性化干预措施更有利于提高生活质量,对患者心理状况的改善以及临床干预质量的提高均有积极作用。

【Objective】To explore the effect of personalized intervention on the quality of life,psychological status and intervention quality of patients with malignant lymphoma after chemotherapy.【Methods】A total of 92 inpatients with malignant lymphoma treated in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group.They were given routine intervention and personalized intervention during chemotherapy,46 cases in each group.The quality of life,psychological status and intervention quality were compared before and 60 days after intervention.【Results】After the intervention,the scores of quality of life in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);The scores of intervention quality in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).【Conclusion】For malignant lymphoma patients treated with chemotherapy,timely personalized intervention after chemotherapy is more conducive to improve the quality of life,and plays a positive role in improving the psychological status of patients and the quality of clinical intervention.
