舒缓护理对COPD患者呼吸衰竭期影响的研究

Study on the effect of soothing care on COPD patients in respiratory failure stage

【目的】探讨舒缓护理对慢阻肺(COPD)患者呼吸衰竭期影响。【方法】选取2018年3月至2020年8月因呼吸衰竭急性发作而入院治疗的82例COPD患者,并随机划分成两组。其中将实施基础治疗及护理的41例设为对照组,将在对照组基础上实施舒缓护理的41例设为研究组。比较两组血气分析指标、舒适度及并发症发生率。【结果】护理后两组动脉血氧分压(PaO 2)、二氧化碳分压(PCO 2)与护理前相比均有明显改善(P<0.05),且研究组上述血气分析指标均明显较对照组优(P<0.05);研究组并发症发生率明显较对照组低(P<0.05);护理后两组Kolcaba舒适状况量表(GCQ)评分与护理前相比均增高(P<0.05),且研究组明显较对照组高(P<0.05)。【结论】对处于呼吸衰竭期的COPD患者实施舒缓护理,可有效改善患者血气分析指标,显著降低并发症发生率,大大提高舒适度。

【Objective】To explore the effect of soothing care on patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary(COPD)in respiratory failure stage.【Methods】Eighty-two patients with COPD who were accepted by the hospital because of acute onset of respiratory failure during March 2018 to August 2020 were gathered and randomly separated into two groups.Among them,41 cases receiving basic treatment and care were set as the control group,and 41 cases receiving soothing care on the basis of the control group were set as the study group.The blood gas analysis indexes,comfort level and complication rate were compared between the two groups.【Results】After care,the arterial partial pressure of oxygen(PaO 2)and carbon dioxide(PCO 2)were significantly improved in the two groups after care(P<0.05),and the above blood gas analysis indexes of the study group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of complications in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);the General Comfort Questionnaire(GCQ)score of the two groups after care was higher than before care(P<0.05),and the study group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).【Conclusion】The implementation of soothing care for COPD patients in the respiratory failure stage can effectively improve the blood gas analysis indicators of patients,significantly reduce the incidence of complications,and greatly improve comfort.
