摘要
随着建筑科技的不断发展,钢结构桁架技术已在现代建筑工程中有了广泛的应用。基于此,结合某高层建筑项目,从吊装、搭建及焊接等方面针对裙房钢结构桁架施工进行了分析,并利用SAP2000软件对支撑胎架进行验算,得出胎架主肢的最大应力比为0.319,胎架传力梁和分配梁的最大应力比为0.424,两者均达到了设计及规范的要求,以期此次研究能够为类似建筑钢结构项目积累经验。
With the continuous development of construction technology,steel truss technology has been widely used in modern construction engineering. Based on this,combined with a high-rise building project,the paper analyzes the steel structure truss construction of podium from the aspects of hoisting,erection and welding,and checks the supporting jig frame with SAP2000 software.It is concluded that the maximum stress ratio of the main limb of jig frame is 0.319,and the maximum stress ratio of jig frame force transfer beam and distribution beam is 0.424,both of which meet the requirements of design and specifications. It is hoped that the study can accumulate experience for similar building steel structure projects.
