铁路大道下穿通道主体结构施工技术

摘要 各大城市在不断的改建或扩建下,出现很多铁路大道需要下穿通道主体结构施工的工程。为确保铁路大道下穿通道主体结构施工过程中对周边建筑、人员车辆、道路等安全,以余姚至温岭公路临海汇溪至沿江段改建工程为例,对下穿通道主体结构施工技术进行了分析,从钻孔灌注桩、混凝土垫层及防水结构、模板安装等技术方面进行了阐述,并对具体的施工技术要点进行了研究,提高了铁路工程的施工效率和工程质量,保障了周边人员及车辆的正常通行,希望给同类型的工程带来技术上的借鉴。 Under the continuous reconstruction or expansion of major cities, main structures engineerings of underpass of railway avenues appear. In order to ensure the safety of surrounding buildings, personnel, vehicles, and roads during the construction of the main structure of the underpass of the railway avenue, the construction technology of the main structure of the underpass was analyzed by taking the reconstruction project of the Linhaihuixi to Yanjiang section of the Yuyao-Wenling highway as an example. The technical aspects of bored pile, concrete cushion, waterproof structure, formwork installation, etc., are explained, and the specific construction technology points are studied, which improves the construction efficiency and engineering quality of the railway project, protects the normal passage of the surrounding personnel and vehicles and hopes to bring technical reference to the same type of projects.
