摘要
基于BIM技术,利用建筑专业不同阶段的设计文件以及Revit软件平台的应用,实现新建建筑的控制性详细规划指标的审查。以某小学为例,首先阐述基于BIM设计平台的审查原理,其次根据指定的挂载手册输入对应设计指标,将二维设计图纸转化为BIM三维信息模型。通过计算机审查结果的反馈,在限定的控制性详细规划指标内优化设计,从而便于设计过程信息化管理,探究数字化与智能化工程建设的可能性。
Based on BIM technology, the use of design files at different stages of the architectural specialty and the application of the Revit software platform are made to achieve the review of the regulatory detailed planning indicators of the new building.Taking an elementary school as an example, firstly, the principle of review based on the BIM design platform is explained, and then the corresponding design indicators are input according to the designated mounting manual, and the two-dimensional design drawings are converted into the BIM three-dimensional information model. Through the feedback of the computer review results, the design is optimized within the limited control detailed planning indicators, so as to facilitate the information management of the design process and explore the possibility of digital and intelligent engineering construction.
