摘要
随着BIM技术在建筑业深度应用与推广,已逐步成为建筑业数字化、信息化转型的主要代表技术。在工程项目机电安装工程中,BIM技术以其协调性、优化性、可绘图的技术特点,为项目提供了良好的协调优化的技术环境。介绍了项目通过BIM技术应用解决项目机电系统繁多、管线密集、安装空间狭小等工程重难点,为项目顺利实施创造了极大的技术价值,同时项目在机电专业BIM技术应用的组织准备方面的创新做法以及整体的应用路径,为相关项目提供了良好的借鉴。
With in-depth application and promotion of BIM Technology in the construction industry,it has gradually become the main representative technology of digital and information transformation in the construction industry. In the electromechanical installation engineering of the project,BIM technology provides a good technical environment for coordination and optimization for the project with its technical characteristics of coordination,optimization and drawing. The paper introduces how the project solves the key and difficult engineering problems such as various electromechanical systems,dense pipelines and narrow installation space through the application of BIM technology,which creates great technical value for smooth implementation of the project. At the same time,the innovative practices and overall application path of the project in the organization and preparation of BIM technology application in electromechanical field provide a good reference for relevant projects.
