摘要
本文基于31个省、自治区、直辖市2011—2018年的面板数据研究了数字普惠金融对产业结构升级的影响及机制。研究发现:数字普惠金融及其覆盖广度、使用深度以及数字化程度的发展都在不同程度上推动了产业结构升级;经济发展水平不同地区的数字普惠金融对产业结构升级的促进作用具有异质性,数字普惠金融更有利于推动经济发展水平较好地区的产业结构升级,未能更好的兼顾效率和公平;在效应传导机制方面,数字普惠金融通过科技创新效应、创业效应和人力资本效应推动地区产业结构升级。
Based on the panel data of 31 provinces,autonomous regions,and municipalities from 2011 to 2018,this paper studies the effect and influence mechanism of digital financial inclusion in promoting the upgrading of industrial structure.The research found that the development of digital financial inclusion and its coverage,depth of use,and digitalization have promoted the upgrading of industrial structure to varying degrees;the role of digital financial inclusion in different regions of economic development level in promoting the upgrading of industrial structure is heterogeneous Digital financial inclusion is more conducive to promoting the upgrading of the industrial structure in areas with better economic development levels,and it fails to better balance efficiency and fairness.In terms of the effect transmission mechanism,digital financial inclusion is through technological innovation effects,entrepreneurial effects and human resources.The capital effect promotes the upgrading of the regional industrial structure.
