摘要
应用开路电位(OCP)测试、电化学阻抗(EIS)、动电位极化曲线测试和X射线衍射(XRD)技术对镁(Mg)在磷酸(H_(3)PO_(4))和磷化液(H_(3)PO_(4)+ZnO)中的腐蚀行为进行了研究。研究结果表明:Mg在磷化液中的腐蚀速率要低于在磷酸中的腐蚀速率,Mg在磷化液中表面形成的磷化膜相比与在磷酸中的膜层相对致密,对Mg基体有较好的保护作用。
The electrochemical behavior of Magnesium(Mg)in H_(3)PO_(4) and phosphating solution(H_(3)PO_(4)+ZnO)was investigated through electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS),potentiodynamic polarization curve and XRD measurements.The results show that Mg has higher corrosion resistance in the phosphating solution than that in the H3PO4 acid due to the relative protective phosphating film on the surface.
