湖北省高职高专优质校“十三五”期间科研论文产出分析与评价

Analysis and Evaluation on Output of Scientific Research Papers of High-quality Colleges in Hubei Province during the 13th Five-year Plan

利用中国知网数据库,统计“十三五”期间,湖北省10所国家级优质校和15所省级优质校的科研论文发表情况。从学术期刊论文、特色期刊论文、核心论文和基金论文四个维度,对学校发表论文数量和该学校专任教师人均发表论文数量两个要素,设定公式进行统计评价。结果表明:武汉职业技术学院的科研论文数量产出排第一名,武汉交通职业学院和长江职业学院,整体实力也表现不俗;长江职业学院的人均科研论文数量产出排第一,武汉交通职业学院和武汉职业技术学院依次排第二、第三。优质校激励更多的专任教师发表基金论文和核心期刊论文。在国家级“双高”校和省级“双高”校评建的后时代,人均科研产出更能彰显一所院校的综合实力,应引起各个学校的重视。

Using the CNKI database,we counted scientific research papers from 10 high quality national schools and 15 high quality provincial schools in Hubei Province during the 13th five-year,through four dimensions analysis of academic journal papers,characteristic journal papers,core papers and fund papers,two gradients of the number of published papers and the number of published papers per full-time teacher were used to compare and set up a formula to evaluate.The conclusion is that Wuhan Vocational and Technical College ranks first in the output of scientific research papers,and the Wuhan Technical College of Communications and Changjiang Polytechnic are also displaying their overall strength.Changjiang Polytechnic ranks first in the output of scientific research papers per capita,while Wuhan Technical College of Communications and Wuhan Polytechnic ranks second and third.High-quality schools encourage more full-time teachers to apply for provincial-level and above subjects,publish papers in core periodicals,and in the post-era of national-level and provincial-level evaluation and construction of dual-level universities,the output of scientific research papers per capita can show the comprehensive strength of an institution.
