摘要 实训室作为学生职业能力训练的主要场所,其建设与管理水平受到高等职业院校的关注。以武汉工程职业技术学院机电工程学院为例,从需求、结构、内容、实施和条件五个维度,设计了实训室评价体系的三级指标及评价标准,采用综合评分法分析实训室的运行效果、效率,承担的责任、完成情况和条件具备情况。在小范围样本测试中,该评价体系在易用性、效度和指导性方面表现良好,被证实有利于分析实训室的薄弱环节和评估实训室运行状态,可以推广使用。 With the popularization of process-oriented labor organization,“action-oriented”teaching method is favored in the field of vocational education.Training room are used as the main venue for students’professional skills training,and construction and management level of practical training rooms are concerned by vocational colleges.This paper takes Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Department of Wuhan Engineering Institute as an example,draws lessons from the five dimensions of vocational education curriculum evaluation,designs the three-level indicators and evaluation standards of the evaluation system of training rooms,and uses comprehensive scoring method to analyze the operation effect,efficiency,responsibility,completion and condition of the training room.In a small scale sample test,the evaluation system performs well in terms of being friendly of users,in validity and guidance,which has been proved to be conducive to analyzing the weak links and to evaluating operation status of the training rooms,and thus should be promoted in application.
