Development of Training Package for Logistics Management 1+X Certificate Modular Course

物流管理职业技能等级证书(物流管理1+X证书)已开展了两年的探索实践,针对技能培训过程中存在的基础薄弱、培训包资源短缺、社会化程度低等问题,提出职业技能培训包开发要充分考虑岗位职业素养、重视调查分析结果,联合政府、学校、企业多方力量,用好互联网工具,打造线上培训资源,积极开展面向多元受众的线上线下协同培训方式。创新培训形式和内容,鼓励院校为物流企业量身打造职业培训包。

Practices concerning logistics management professional skill level certificate(logistics 1+X certificate)has been explored and carried out for two years.It is faced with the problems of weak foundation,shortage of training package resources and low degree of socialization.Therefore,the author believes that the development of training package should fully consider professional qualities of different positions,pay attention to survey and analysis results,and cooperate with the government,schools and enterprises to make joint efforts to develop modular training package resources,make good use of internet,create online training resources,and actively carry out online and offline collaborative training for multiple audiences.We should take innovative training forms and contents and encourage colleges and universities to tailor vocational training packages for logistics enterprises.
