Study on Labor Education Practice of Tourism Major in Vocational Colleges in the New Era

劳动教育是职业院校全面育人的重要途径,为促进高职旅游专业学生可持续发展提供了方向。文章分析了劳动教育的现实意义及存在的不足,对高职旅游专业的劳动教育进行了“四融入四突出”的实践研究:劳动教育融入才人培养方案,突出价值观念引领;劳动教育融入理论教学,突出工匠精神培育;劳动教育融入实践教学,突出企业文化融合;劳动教育融入校园文化,突出全面育人特色。

Labor education is an important way of comprehensive education in vocational colleges,which provides a direction for promoting the sustainable development of students majoring in tourism in vocational colleges.This paper analyzes the practical significance and shortcomings of labor education,and conducts a practical study of“four integration and four prominence”,which refers to integrating labor education into talent cultivating programs and highlighting the guidance of values,integrating labor education of tourism major in vocational education and integrating labor education into theoretical teaching and highlighting the cultivation of craftsman spirit,integrating labor education into practice teaching and highlighting the integration of enterprise culture as well as integrating labor education into the campus culture and highlighting the characteristics of comprehensive education.
