Practical Exploration of Long-term Hospitalized Cases under DRG Per-diem Payment

浙江省丽水市积极探索长期住院病例按床日付费模式,以住院费用总额预算为基础,与DRG点数法付费方式相结合,将长期住院病例按床日支付标准转换成点数后进行付费。经过一年的运行,取得了一定的成效,但也存在一些局限,应完善按床日支付规则,建立床日点数付费新机制。

Lishui City,Zhejiang Province actively explores the per-diem payment model for long-term hospitalized cases,which is based on the total hospital cost budget and combined with the DRG point payment to convert long-term hospitalized cases into points.After a year of operation,it has achieved certain results,but there are also some limitations.We should improve the per-diem payment rules and establish a new per-diem payment mechanism.
