摘要
根据断面送出约束和电力平衡等条件,预测环塔里木盆地五地州"十四五"期间新能源的可接纳容量,通过新能源云平台和变电容量平衡校核接纳能力预测结果,并提出储能容量的配置方法,以提高新能源的利用率。研究结果表明,"十四五"期间,环塔里木盆地可新增光伏6700 MW、风电1800 MW、储能1800 MW,新能源利用率达到79.58%,新能源开发潜力巨大。
According to the conditions of section transmission constraints and power balance,this paper predicts the exploitable amount of new energy during the 14th Five-Year Plan period(2021-25)in five prefectures around Tarim basin.Through the verification and prediction results of new energy cloud platform and substation capacity balance,this paper puts forward the allocation method of energy storage capacity,so as to improve the utilization rate of new energy.During the“14th five year plan”,6700 MW photovoltaic power,1800 MW wind power and 1800 MW energy storage can be developed around the Tarim basin,and the utilization rate of new energy can reach 79.58%.There is great potential for new energy development around Tarim basin in China.
