摘要
乌东德水电站大坝是世界首座全坝采用低热水泥的300 m级双曲拱坝,也是首个全面浇筑4.5 m高升层的特高拱坝。根据坝体结构、施工要求和天气特点,研究和设计曲面液压爬升模板、横缝面液压爬升模板、新型悬臂模板及预制模板。在此基础上,研究大坝模板施工技术,主要包括拱坝上下游面曲面爬升技术、上下游面体型高精度控制技术、高升层大荷载条件下的锚固技术、大风条件下抗倾覆安全技术和施工期模板安全使用技术。特高拱坝模板设计与应用解决混凝土早期强度低、高荷载、大风条件下拱坝模板设计与施工技术难题,为实现大坝安全、快速、高效施工提供保障。
Wudongde dam is the world’s first 300 meter double curvature arch dam using low heat cement,and it is also the first super high arch dam with 4.5 m high lift.It puts forward very high requirements for dam concrete formwork construction.According to the construction requirements and weather charateristics,hydraulic climbing formwork,new cantilever formwork and precast formwork are studied and designed.This technology solves the construction technical problems of arch dam formwork under the conditions of low early strength of concrete,high load and srong wind,and realizes the safe and rapid construction of the dam.
