摘要
大型竖井混凝土施工面临模板安装精度低、安拆困难、施工安全风险大、溜管供料易离析和易堵管、模板易产生结构扭曲而导致墙面倾斜等问题。为解决这些问题,对不同大小、形式的竖井展开针对性的研究,通过技术革新提升竖井混凝土施工的总体技术水平,形成竖井液压自升模板施工技术、竖井滑模偏移监测技术、竖井衬砌施工专用设施等成套技术,保证施工质量和施工安全,提高施工效率。
The concrete construction of large-scale shaft is faced with such problems as low formwork Installation accuracy,difficulty in formwork installation and removal,high construction safety risk of formwork,easy segregation and easy plugging in chute feeding,and formwork prone to structural distortion,resulting in wall tilt.In order to solve these problems,this paper has carried out targeted research on shafts of different sizes and forms.Through technical innovation,the overall technical level of shaft concrete construction has been significantly improved,and a set of technologies have been formed,such as the construction technology of hydraulic self-climbing formwork for shafts,the monitoring technology of slipform offset for shafts,and the special facilities for shaft lining construction,which effectively ensures the construction quality and safety,and improves the construction efficiency.
