摘要
我国某燃机项目机岛设备采用国产成套供货的引进技术,即F级改进型燃气—蒸汽联合循环机组。该联合循环机组配置为"一拖一"多轴形式,采用全新开发的三压、双缸、再热、抽汽、轴排型式汽轮机。该项目汽轮发电机基础属于规范中提到的新型汽轮发电机基础,对该款基座进行新方案设计,采用空间杆系为主的计算模型对其进行详细的动力分析及动力特性评估。研究过程中重点突出该款基础与传统基础在动力特性方面的联系与区别,采用刚性连接、提取振动位移等新的编程技术。研究表明,该款基础的动力特性良好,满足规范要求。
One turbine island equipment of a gas turbine project adopts the imported technology of domestic complete supply,that is,class F improved gas steam combined cycle unit.The combined cycle unit is configured as“one driven one”multi shaft type,and the steam turbine adopts the newly developed three pressure,double cylinder,reheat,extraction and shaft exhaust steam turbine.The steam turbine generator foundation of the project belongs to the new steam turbine generator foundation mentioned in the specification.In this paper,the new scheme design of the foundation is carried out,and the detailed dynamic analysis and dynamic characteristic evaluation are carried out by using the calculation model dominated by spatial bar system.The research shows that the dynamic characteristics of the foundation are good and meet the requirements of the code;In the research process,this paper focuses on the relationship and difference between this foundation and traditional foundation in dynamic characteristics;In addition,new programming techniques such as rigid connection and extracting vibration displacement are used in the research.
