摘要
基于二次再热机组主辅系统的原理及特点,简要说明其与一次再热机组的共通及不同之处,并以某1000 MW二次再热机组为例,介绍机组启动调试过程中在鼓风效应控制逻辑、轴封漏汽、超高压缸叶片级压力控制器、机组暖机效率、汽轮机防抱死等方面存在的问题,经过分析论证后提出相应的建议措施。
Based on the principle and characteristics of the main and auxiliary systems of s double-reheat reheat units,this article briefly explains the common and different features of double-reheat reheat units and reheat units.Take a 1000 MW double-reheat unit as an example,introduce the problems in the blast effect control logic,shaft seal leakage,ultra-high pressure cylinder blad pressure controller,turbin warm-up efficiency,and turbine anti-lock during the startup and commissioning of the unit.After the analysis and demonstration,the corresponding proposed measures are put forward for the reference and reference of new double-reheat units of the same type.
