胞磷胆碱钠片治疗老年脑出血的临床观察

Clinical observation of citicoline sodium tablets in the treatment of elderly patients with cerebral hemorrhage

目的探析胞磷胆碱钠片治疗老年脑出血患者的效果,为治疗脑出血提供方法。方法选取2019年9月—2021年8月于淮北矿工总医院神经内科住院治疗的老年脑出血患者56例,按数字表法随机分为试验组(n=30)和对照组(n=26)。试验组采用胞磷胆碱钠片治疗,对照组采用常规治疗。在治疗前和治疗2周时,采用神经功能缺损量表(NIHSS)以及改良Rankin量表(mRS)评估患者的神经功能缺损和恢复情况,采用蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MoCA)以及MMSE评估患者的认知功能及精神状态,采用巴氏(Bl)指数及ADL评估患者的生活质量;统计2组治疗并发症发生情况。结果治疗2周后,试验组的NIHSS和m RS评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05),而MoCA、MMSE、BI和ADL评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05),且并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论胞磷胆碱钠可有效改善脑出血患者的脑神经功能,可使患者的认知功能、精神状态和生活质量得到显著提升,且并发症发生风险较低,具有一定的临床应用价值。

Objective To explore the effect of citicoline sodium tablets in the treatment of elderly patients with cerebral hemorrhage,and to provide methods for the treatment of cerebral hemorrhage.Methods A total of 56 elderly patients with cerebral hemorrhage who were hospitalized in the Department of Neurology of Huaibei Miners General Hospital from September2019 to August 2021 were selected and randomly divided into the experimental group(n=30)and the control group(n=26)according to the random number table.The experimental group was treated with citicoline sodium tablets,and the control group was treated with routine treatment.Before and 2 weeks after treatment,the neurological deficit and recovery of patients were assessed by the Neurological Impairment Scale(NIHSS)and Modified Rankin Scale(mRS),the cognitive function and mental state of patients were assessed by the Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale(MoCA)and MMSE,and the quality of life of patients was assessed by the BI index and ADL.The incidence of complications of the two groups during treatment were counted.Results After 2 weeks of treatment,NIHSS and mRS scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group,MoCA,MMSE,BI and ADL scores were higher than those of the control group,and the incidence of complications was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Citicoline sodium can effectively improve the cerebral nerve function of patients with cerebral hemorrhage,significantly improve their cognitive function,mental state and quality of life,and has a low risk of complications.It has a certain clinical value.
