摘要
目的观察西吡氯铵泡沫含漱方法在脑卒中患者口腔护理中的应用效果。方法选取2019年10月-2021年2月于上海交通大学医学院附属第九人民医院急诊病房住院的脑卒中伴有吞咽功能障碍的患者130例,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组65例。对照组严格按照口腔护理操作流程进行口腔护理,使用0.1%西吡氯铵含漱液棉球擦拭口腔,每日2次;观察组采用含0.1%西吡氯铵泡沫含漱进行口腔护理,每日2次。分别评估并比较2组口腔清洁度、口腔环境(口臭指数、唾液pH值、牙龈炎、口腔溃疡)和口腔护理舒适度,以及口腔护理操作时间。结果护理后,观察组的口腔清洁度和口腔护理舒适度明显优于对照组(P<00.05),口腔环境(口臭指数、唾液pH值、牙龈炎、口腔溃疡)较对照组显著改善(P<0.05),口腔护理操作时间明显少于对照组(P<00.05)。结论西吡氯铵泡沫含漱法优于棉球擦拭法,为脑卒中患者提供了安全有效的口腔护理干预方法,达到了便捷全方位口腔护理、预防口腔感染和提高口腔护理质量的目的。
Objective To explore the effect of gargle with cetylpyridinium chloride foam in oral care of stroke patients.Methods A total of 130 stroke patients with swallowing dysfunction who were hospitalized in the Emergency Ward of Ninth People’s Hospital Affiliated to Medical College of Shanghai Jiaotong University from October 2019 to February 2021 were selected and divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 65 cases in each group.The control group received oral care in strict accordance with the oral care operation procedure,using cotton balls with 0.1%cetylpyridinium chloride to wipe the oral cavity,twice a day.The observation group used 0.1%cetylpyridinium chloride foam gargle for oral care,twice a day.The oral cleanliness,oral environment(halitosis index,saliva p H value,gingivitis,oral ulcer),oral care comfort and oral care operation time were evaluated and compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the oral cleanliness and oral care comfort of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05),the oral environment(halitosis index,saliva pH value,gingivitis and oral ulcer)was significantly improved than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the oral care operation time was significantly shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The cetylpyridinium chloride foam gargle method is better than the cotton ball wiping method.It provides a safe and effective oral care method for stroke patients,and achieves the purpose of convenient and comprehensive oral care.It is helpful to prevent oral infections and improve the quality of oral care.
